My sessions are structured around a high-impact, line-by-line diagnostic framework designed for undergraduate students, postgraduate candidates, and high-stakes examination candidates (IELTS Band 7.0+).
Rather than using generic textbooks or passive lecture slides, we work directly with your live writing tasks, essay drafts, research proposals, or target exam criteria.
How Each Lesson Works:1.
Diagnostic Assessment: We begin with a structural review of your work to pinpoint exact weaknesses in thesis formulation, argumentation, formal register, and coherence.
2. Targeted Line-by-Line Coaching: I provide immediate feedback on sentence mechanics, lexical precision, and academic tone, drawing on UK university marking rubrics.
3. Strategic Execution: For IELTS candidates, we break down Writing Task 1 and Task 2 rubrics (Task Achievement, Coherence & Cohesion, Lexical Resource, Grammatical Range) to build repeatable exam strategies under timed conditions.
4. Actionable Next Steps: Every session concludes with targeted edits, structural action items, and clear exercises to implement before our next meeting. Teaching Approach & Standards:
Lessons are delivered remotely via video call in an encouraging, highly focused environment. I work with students across multidisciplinary fields, law, and executive professions.
