About Kakon
Hello, I’m Kakon Chatterjee, and I am passionate about the art of dance. With over nine years of teaching experience and a postgraduate degree in Dance from Rabindra Bharati University, I have dedicated my life to exploring and sharing the beauty of this art form.
As the founder of Ghungur Dance Academy, I’ve had the privilege of guiding students in Bharatanatyam, Bollywood, Rabindra Nritya, and Contemporary Dance. My goal is to not just teach steps but to inspire creativity, discipline, and confidence in every student. Dance is a language of the soul, and I believe everyone has the potential to express themselves through it.
I want to share my knowledge because I’ve seen how transformative dance can be—how it builds strength, nurtures dreams, and brings joy. My mission is to help you discover your unique rhythm and unlock your full potential as a dancer. Let’s embark on this exciting journey together
