About Nila
I am a passionate violin teacher with a decade of teaching experience working with school students, college students, and working professionals. I believe that music can inspire confidence, discipline, and creativity in learners of all ages.
My teaching philosophy centres on patience, understanding, and personalised learning. I recognise that every student progresses differently, so I adapt my methods to ensure effective and enjoyable lessons.
Over the years, I have helped many students strengthen their musical foundations and improve their confidence. One of my proudest achievements has been seeing students overcome challenges and achieve their personal goals.
I strive to create a friendly atmosphere where students can enjoy learning and continue growing as musicians.

My teaching approach is centred on compassion, communication, and supportiveness. I believe that students learn best when they feel comfortable, encouraged, and motivated to succeed.
In violin lessons, I focus on technique, rhythm, tone development, note reading, and musical expression. I use practical activities and simple explanations to help students understand concepts and apply them effectively.
I encourage regular practice and provide personalised feedback to support continuous improvement. I help students view challenges as opportunities to learn and develop confidence through perseverance.
Besides violin, I also teach music theory, ear training, sight reading, and related music subjects that strengthen overall musical understanding.
My ultimate goal is to help students become skilled musicians who enjoy learning and continue growing throughout their musical journey.
