About FRANKLIN
Hi, let me introduce myself. My name is Franklin. As cerebral palsy (Diplegia) person I have been doing these exercises for quite sometime and these exercises have helped me to lose weight and improve my posture. As these is my first time as a teacher. I believe that I can bring out a positive result on those who join my program.

Hi, this programme is only for those who are suffering from cerebral palsy (Diplegia). The classes will be four days a week, starting from Monday to Friday. The exercises are simple and easy to learn. It includes pull ups, push ups, sitting and bending down, dumbell exercises.
