About Marina
I am a former level 10 gymnast with 15 years of experience. I was also a collegiate springboard diver as I worked towards my degree in exercise science (B.S. Kinesiology) with a focus on physical therapy. In addition, I also teach yoga and handstand workshops.
My philosophy is "Life is better upside-down!"

I use positive reinforcement to create a safe, welcoming environment for students to learn. I believe students learn best when there is clear communication between student and teacher as this creates the best foundation for a safe, trustworthy relationship.
Each lesson plan is catered to your specific needs based on your specific goals.
Lessons are for those wanting to improve on skills they already have, or learn new skills. Some of my current students include competitive dancers and cheerleaders who are working to improve their competitive difficulty with the addition of more advanced acrobatics and tumbling.
Students also receive a bit of weekly maintenance to prevent injuries and ensure healthy bodies as they work toward their goals.
