About Azra
Azra Akbar, born on 1st December in Karachi, is a native of the city and a dedicated scholar with a strong academic foundation, is a dedicated scholar with a strong academic background. She excelled in her early education, securing top grades in matriculation and graduating from Sir Syed Govt. Girls College under the University of Karachi. Her passion for chemistry led her to pursue an M.Sc. in the field, after which she joined ICCBS, one of the most advanced institutes in the country. Under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Muhammad Shaiq Ali T.I., she completed her M.Phil. with outstanding performance. Currently, Azra is pursuing her Ph.D. at ICCBS under the mentorship of Prof. Dr. Syed Ghulam Musharraf. To date, she has authored 8 research articles, with 3 submitted and 4 published, and has also submitted one patent to the IPO.
