I offer structured, hands-on lessons tailored to each student’s level and goals. Some examples include:
1. Computer Basics: Understanding hardware, software, operating systems, and internet usage.
2. Troubleshooting Skills: Identifying and solving common computer, printer, and network issues.
3. Operating Systems: Windows fundamentals, file management, user accounts, and system settings.
4. Networking Basics: Introduction to LAN/Wi-Fi, IP addresses, routers, and basic security.
5. Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint essentials for school or work.
6. IT Support Training: Simulated helpdesk scenarios, ticketing systems, remote desktop tools.
7. Optional Coding Lessons: Basics of Python or HTML/CSS for interested students.
