About Rohit
I am a retired Family Physician with interest in Chronic Pain/Palliative Care with a Master's in Science and Bachelor Honour's degree in Biology. I have an extensive history of teaching medical students, medical residents, nurses/nurse prsctitioners, family doctor's and specialty stake-holders in medical care. I have had the honour of receiving Recognition from McMaster University on excellence of teaching nurse practitioner students in 2007.

I use the teaching syllabus and text books as a launching pad for further learning, responding to the individual's needs and strengths. Ongoing review of the topics is done, ulimately resulting in a final review before testing. I encourage students to ask as many questions as possible without interfering with the flow of the teaching process. A two way process of communication is always maintained.
