About Johnson
I have more than 7 years experience in offering lessons to College of Education students in research methodology and also supervised them in preparing their research proposals towards national diploma qualifications.
I have also offered private tutor support to a number of Honours and Master degree students in writing proposals and dissertations in the field of Social Science / Humanities, in particular.

My methodology will be tailored to suit the specific needs of individual students but will generally encompass a combination of methods, including lecture, Question-and Answer, problem-solving, practical exercises, and a step-by-step approach.
The first step will be to be ascertain why, how and when a student needs a tutor support. A Tutor Support Capacity Gap and Needs Assessment (TSCGNA) will be conducted, using a standardized assessment tool for the purpose. An analysis of the data will be done to inform the preparation of an assessment report and a draft Tutor Plan, for discussion and agreement with the student.
The agreement will indicate specific forms of support to be provided in relation to the expected tasks by the student, and the estimated number of hours required per task and for the completion of the tutor. support.
