About Ally
I recently earned my BSc from UBC. I have a passion for science and math that allowed me to excel in the subjects in high school and beyond. I have previously tutored high school chemistry and math. I have also completed my MCAT and performed strongly on biochemistry, general chemistry, biology and psychosocial sections. I am currently accepting new students!

My teaching methods are flexible. I like to cater my approach to the needs of individual students. I encourage students and/or parents to connect with me about their specific needs. It is my goal to give students the tools and strategy to arrive at answers themselves by using verbal explanations, diagrams and images, and by outlying patterns of thinking. If students have a specific topic in mind, it is my preference that they send me the material or assignment that they are working on ahead of time, so that I can develop a lesson plan!
