About Karolina
I am a graduate of the University of Chicago from where I hold a BS in Biological Chemistry and a BA in French and Francophone Studies. I have multiple years of tutoring experience ranging from young children to (5-8 years old) to high school teenagers. I have tutored multiple subjects, though chemistry is my main specialization.

I tutor high school chemistry, including AP and IB frameworks.
I usually like to ask students to provide me with some outline of the material they are covering in class and need help with prior to a meeting. During a session I like to start by going through some of the theory concepts underlying practical problems that students are likely to encounter to work on any misunderstandings that may cause struggles. I the like to jump into problems and problem solving strategies.
I am flexible in my teaching approach and happy to work with the student to match their needs.
