Darren Horsman is a highly accomplished, UEFA B licensed football coach and sports development specialist with over 20 years of experience nurturing talent from grassroots youth to the international stage. Throughout his career, Darren has held key leadership roles—including Assistant Head of Football at Buckswood Football Academy and Area Development Coach for the Chelsea FC Foundation—guiding teams to multiple national titles and developing players who have progressed to professional clubs and national team representations.
Holding an HND in Sport & Exercise Science alongside formal teaching and leadership qualifications (PTLLS Level 3, 1st4sport Tutor), Darren combines top-tier tactical knowledge with a passion for youth leadership, community development, and personalised athlete mentorship. Whether delivering detailed video analysis, designing specialised training programmes, or mentoring the next generation of sports leaders, he is dedicated to helping every athlete and student unlock their full potential both on and off the pitch.
