Hello! I’m a UMGC Psychology student with a strong foundation in writing, including AP Language and Literature courses, and hands-on experience as a high school writing tutor. I specialize in helping students improve their writing, develop critical thinking skills, and organize their ideas effectively. My approach is professional, personalized, and focused on your goals. Typical Lesson Plan:
Check-in & Goals (5–10 mins): Discuss what the student wants to accomplish in the session.
Targeted Instruction (15–25 mins): Focus on a specific topic, assignment, or skill.
Guided Practice (15–20 mins): Work together on exercises or assignments.
Review & Next Steps (5–10 mins): Summarize key points and assign small tasks to practice independently.
