About Millie
I’m an undergrad student at the University of Liverpool looking to help tutor students through their GCSE exams, or boost primary literacy skills. Growing up, I struggled to fully engage with literature, until taught by the right teachers, in the right way for my learning style. I’d like to equally offer curious and impassioned students the opportunity to explore literature beyond the exam spec, ultimately widening their understanding of the subject and acing those exams with enjoyment!

Private tutor goes beyond just boosting grades and improving literacy skills, it is about helping children to find their own appreciation for English, and master the skills needed to progress to their next steps. Private tutoring is not essential for all students, but for those needing further time with a friendly mentor, tutoring can distinguish between passing a subject, and enjoying a subject.
