About Rosie
I am a current undergraduate in my fourth year at the University of Oxford. I understand that sometimes one-to-one working can give students the extra help they need to feel confident in their studies.
I worked as a maths and English tutor for more than two years, providing specialised help for students of all abilities aged 5-18. I have also worked as a private 11+ tutor, with my students achieving impressive results.
I study Classics, so I have a strong grasp of Latin grammar as well as key texts.

Being patient and approachable are very important to me, and I have experience working with students from 8-18 of various abilities.
Typical lesson is 45mins to 1 hour, during which time I tend to focus on one concept or one piece of text which has been highlighted as something the student struggles with.
My students know that we are working together for that hour and that they are never expected to answer any questions without help available.
