About Rohanna
My approach is to help students understand the fundamentals of music theory as this will allow students to start mastering musical concepts independently. I think having a good grasp of music history and different composers gives students a good insight into the music they are playing. However, music theory is not the most important thing for me; I really hope to help others develop a passion for piano as I did throughout high school and middle school.

Hello, My name is Ro and I am a student studying math and linguistics at UChicago. While in high school I studied classical and jazz piano and developed a very complete knowledge of music theory. I hope to share my love of piano with others through lessons. I speak Spanish, French, and German, so I am willing to teach in other languages if needed.
