About Sara
Ciao!
My name is Sara, I am an undergraduate student at Edinburgh University studying Geography and Spanish. I am a native Italian speaker with 3+ years of teaching experience.
Studying Spanish at a university level has been invaluable in enabling me to relate to and think from the perspective of the students.
My teaching experience, spanning primary education through to higher university levels, has equipped me with the skills needed to teach people of all ages and levels.
Aside from teaching, I am a keen traveller and food lover, so will be sure to include these elements in my lessons!

In my lessons I aim to improve students' oral, reading, writing and listening skills through a variety of listening and comprehension papers, spoken conversation and set readings.
Lessons are typically one hour long with homework set after each class.
I believe in the importance of conversation in language learning so there will be a strong focus on this, but my lessons are flexible and will be tailored around you! Discussions have ranged from current affairs to how to cook the perfect carbonara :)
I am Italian and therefore a native speaker, with 3+ years of teaching experience. Lessons are for people of all ages and all levels!
