About Hayley
Hi! I am an exchange student from the US who is studying abroad at King's College London. At my home university, Wellesley College (MA), I am a double major in Computer Science and Economics, with heavy coursework in Mathematics. Wellesley College ranks #5 as the Best National Liberal Arts Colleges in the US, meaning I have a strong, interdisciplinary background.
For nine months, I taught Python, Java, and Scratch to a wide variety of ages ranging from 6 to 20 years old. I assigned homework based on each students' progress and wrote reports after each session, indicating what we had done during class, their homework, and an evaluation of the previous homework submitted. Additionally, for a year, I was a paid mathematics grader, responsible for grading problem sets for Calculus I and Calculus II classes.

For example, if you know music well and you are trying to learn Python, I can customise the lesson such that I explain programming concepts in musical terms and I try to apply what we are programming to your interests as well.
