About John
I am a third year Geography undergraduate at Durham University. I achieved A* in both GCSE and A Level Geography, and received full marks in both sets of coursework. I achieved an A* in English Language at GCSE and an A at A Level. My degree specialises in glaciation and my dissertation is a reconstruction of Younger Dryas Glaciers in the Cairngorms in Scotland. I am able to teach a wide range of topics and have a solid understanding of what the exam boards look for.

Lessons will largely be shaped by the individual needs of the student. I can teach a wide range of topics, and can also mark essays, help with essay planning and improve your essay writing style. Typical lessons are 1 hour, but I am happy to dictate this around the requirements of the student. I can teach Geography and English Language to all ages and levels.
