About Lewis

Hi everyone,
Like many of you grinding away at your studies I sometimes hit brick walls and think there's no possible way I can succeed. The more I study and the higher I go in academia the more I have come to understand that academic success is more about acute articulation than anything else. I have confidence that all of you reading this can achieve highly in your academic pathways. Everyone has the knowledge but students often lack the fundamental understanding of structuring their arguments/theories. I know and understand this challenge as by overcoming this through a flexible academic framework my grades in commerce subjects increased by 22% on average in just 3 months before my IGCSES and I never looked back!

My lessons are built around one key idea: most students already have the knowledge — what they often struggle with is structuring it into clear, high-scoring arguments. As you move higher in IGCSE and A-Level, success becomes less about memorising facts and more about explanation, evaluation, and sharp academic writing. My job is to help you turn what you know into answers that examiners can’t ignore.

A typical lesson is 60 minutes, but I’m flexible depending on your needs (whether you want shorter focused sessions, or longer deep-dives before exams). Lessons are always structured and purposeful: we’ll usually start by identifying what you’re currently finding difficult, then break it down into a repeatable framework you can apply in any question — whether that’s History essays, Economics evaluation, Business case studies, or Global Perspectives research writing and source evaluations .

Across all subjects, I focus heavily on exam technique, argument structure, and articulation. You’ll leave each lesson with clear takeaways, improved confidence, and a practical plan for what to do next — not just vague advice. My goal is to make academic success feel simple, repeatable, and achievable, no matter what level you’re currently at.
