About Alex
Hi, my name is Alex and I am currently an undergraduate student at university. I have always had an interest in helping students achieve their academic goals. In the past I worked as a learning support assistant whilst completing my A levels.
I start by creating a revision plan, getting to know the student and their areas of concern across the topic. I will then focus my sessions around these and aim to personalise my sessions by tailoring quizzes and recap sessions to the student.

A typical lesson will consist of me guiding the student through the content, first teaching them the information. We will then work through a range of past paper and exam style questions.
I tend to work through the topics in order, but of course this can be changed to cover topics the student feels they struggle with more.
My lessons are one hour long and are for KS3 students. These lessons will be conducted online via Microsoft Teams.
