About Jim
You can play, or sing, or just love music, and you've wondered what's going on underneath it. Why does that chord feel like home? Why does that change give you chills? Hi, I'm Jim. I taught music theory at the college level, so I know how to make it make sense without having to have a music degree.

We start with the music you care about, learn one idea at a time, and use it right away so it becomes yours to keep. Start wherever you are. Bring a song you love and we'll take it apart. Learn it. Own it. Never need anyone to show you again. I teach in person in Lilburn and Newnan, GA, or online anywhere.
