About Zaki
Hi! My name is Zaki and I am currently working towards my History MA as an undergraduate at the University of Edinburgh, and wish to continue into a career in education. I have my A-Levels in History, English Literature and Geography, as well as an AS-Level in Economics.
I have a passion for the Humanities and believe that studying them should be an enjoyable and engaging process and I try my best to reflect this in my tutoring! I love working with students of all interests and abilities, and not only wish to see them excel, but also develop a passion for learning.
I believe that skills such as critical thinking, debate and adaptation are key for success both inside and outside of the classroom and as such these play a central role in my teaching style.
I have tutored GCSE and iGCSE History and English Literature in the past as well as Standard Level IB History.
