Hi, my name is Laura, and I'm here to help you with your French!
I'm an enthusiastic and patient teacher.
•My approach to teaching is exam-oriented, concise, engaging and collaborative.
•Each student has different needs and goals when learning a language. My aim is to tailor each lesson to those specific needs and help you best achieve your goals, whether it's for upcoming exams, to improve your overall level of French, or simply to enjoy learning a new language.
•Lessons are 50 mins - 1 hour. They can be done in person or online, depending on where you're based.
•I have been giving private lessons for 2 years in both French and Italian, to absolute beginners, and those with more experience, of all ages. I also taught Italian to kids in a primary school during my studies in NUIG.

Perfect! Patient and good at explaining
Perfect! Laura has an excellent teaching method and particularly understands the requirements for the Irish Leaving Cert French Oral Examination.
Perfect! Very effective tutor! Catered the lessons to my level and specific needs (in this case moving to a Swiss French speaking area), a pleasure to learn with!

Very patient and good explanations
Laura, I really want to say thank you so much for all your help. From the initial lesson right through all the sessions, my daughter found you to be very clear, concise and have a natural teaching ability. You have a great way of explaining the material in an easy to understand manner, particularly the grammer and french oral sessions. The notes you provided were extremely beneficial for revision.
