About Maria Carolina
I am a friendly and approachable tutor who understands the challenges of being a student. As an undergraduate History and Art History student at the University of Glasgow, I have a solid academic foundation, having earned an AICE diploma with merit. I aim to help my students achieve high grades in their IGCSEs and middle school studies by offering personalized guidance and support tailored to their needs.

My lessons are designed to create a relaxed and supportive environment where students feel comfortable exploring ways to enhance their skills. The first lesson is free and serves as an opportunity to break the ice and assess the student’s specific needs. Each session lasts an hour and can be scheduled at least once a week, with the frequency adjusted to fit the student's requirements. Lessons are available both online via video call and in-person. We will focus on improving the student's schoolwork, deepening their understanding of the subject, refining their essay-writing abilities, and practicing exam techniques. As the student progresses, we will use past papers to help them boost their grades effectively.
