Hi, I’m Mergim! I’m a recent graduate from the University of Birmingham with a passion for helping students unlock their full potential. Having been fortunate enough to receive a great education, I’ve seen first hand how transformative learning can be—and it’s this understanding that drives me to help others achieve the same opportunities. With experience in online tutoring, I’ve had the privilege of guiding students to not only improve academically but also grow in confidence and independence. What I love most is seeing that "lightbulb moment" when a concept clicks, and watching students carry that newfound confidence beyond our sessions. For me, it’s incredibly rewarding to know that my support has a lasting impact on their learning journey. I typically gauge areas for improvement by asking students what they wish to work on and do some testing to see any areas they may have missed. I enjoy guiding students towards the right answers instead of just telling them as it not only helps them retain knowledge better, but also improves confidence. Length of lessons is typically 1-2 hours. I am a qualified tutor from MyTutor.com where I gained training and tutored for approximately 3 months. Lessons are for GCSE students
