About Maiah
I am a University graduate with a degree in Spanish language and composition. I have studied abroad in Spain studying language and culture. For seven years, I have worked as a nanny to children of all ages. Beyond the basics as a nanny, I assisted my older children with their homework daily.

My teaching method is to engage the student with the material. I try to find connections between the assignments and personal interests they may have. Advancing in the curriculum is needed but adding fun details, activities, or stories can help students remember what they need to know.
