About Validate
I am currently studying Music Education at a university close to home. I volunteer at my local church as a Sunday School teacher and as a pianist/vocalist on the worship team. I have volunteered at multiple elementary schools and middle schools to help tutor students with their reading/writing skills. I enjoy writing essays and my hobbies include reading, baking, and arts and crafts.

My approach as a tutor is centered on adapting to each student’s learning pace. I specialize in proofreading multiple writing styles and helping students bring out the most of their topics in their assignments. As part of the lesson we can work through exercises and activities to improve reading and writing skills (including spelling and pronunciation!). I emphasize patience, communication, and building confidence. I also strive to create an environment where students feel comfortable asking questions without fear of judgment. My lessons are suitable for both middle school and high school students.
