About Luke
I tutored during my time at Toot Hill School in Bingham both formally and informally. During my time I primarily focused on helping underachieving students go from achieving Ds to Cs in GCSE maths by giving them more contact hours and helping them understand what they were doing, rather than just trying to remember the methods. I also spent some time with higher achieving students, helping them go from As to A*s by streamlining thought processes and helping them process harder challenges.

I am a Maths and Statistics student at Lancaster University, who has just finished his second year on a high 2:1. I am looking to give maths tuition to GCSE and AS students in the Rushcliffe borough, preferably around the Radcliffe and Bingham areas.
I've always had a keen interest in mathematics and have spent much time helping my peers get an understanding of various mathematical areas. I understand that different people learn in different ways so would tailor my teaching approach to the student, preparing lessons and example questions specific to a students needs.
