About Leonardo
So far I've spent about 80% of my life inside classrooms, either as a student or as a teacher.
As a trainer of human resources, my principle of action is professionalism, respect and cordiality. Whenever possible, I use the most appropriate language for the student's level and understanding, so that the student-teacher relationship is as close and appropriate as possible.
I bring as motivation the large number of great teachers I had in elementary school, university, master's and doctorate. They inspired me to follow the vocation of a teacher.
I offer total openness to suggestions and criticisms of my way of working, always aiming at the best possible result for my students.

The first step is to effectively identify the students' difficulties, and then outline the best teaching alternative.
I always seek to use practical examples, common to everyday life, to convey ideas and allow the fixation of the content under study.
After that, we move on to more complex examples.
Application of technological and interactive tools are also part of an efficient teaching process.
I offer classes to students in the last stages of the final years of elementary school (8th and 9th years), and high school. I can still give a helping hand to college students.
