About Renaldo
I am a professional athlete and coach. I've made national teams myself, and helped numerous other athletes to do the same.
I've been coaching for 11 years, competing for 16 years. I've obtained a BA degree in Physical Education and Psychology at University of South Alabama in the USA with a full Scholarship for athletics. As a coach I worked at Tuks Athletics in Pretoria as the head throws coach.
I believie in finding the balance between strength of body and strength of mind, giving rise the ability to master your chosen sport.
