About Sophie
As a dedicated and professional tutor, I aim to inspire confidence in every student that I work with. My main focus and goal is creating a structured, respectful, and supportive environment where students will feel comfortable and encouraged to ask questions and grow. I bring both strong academic strength and strong communication skills to every session, ensuring that the student leaves feeling comfortable with the material learned that session.

My approach to tutoring is patient, positive and is tailored to each child’s unique learning style. I will create customized learning plans based on the child’s strengths, challenges and goals. A typical session with me would include a fun engaging warm up activity, followed by interactive learning activities and a review to reinforce and test the key concepts. Personally I believe that learning should be engaging and enjoyable and I work hard to build a students confidence along the way.
