About Ali
Currently I am a university student who is passionate about the gym and exercise and I want to teach that joy to other people. I believe the gym is a place where you can challenge your bodies limits and we will challenge limits in my lessons. My lessons tend to be difficult so please only contact me if you are willing to put the effort.

In my lessons I will tackle all aspects of the goal you want to achieve and I will make the path as easy as possible for you. Whether the goal is fat loss or muscle gain, I will teach you from basic to advanced. I have experience training family and friends in fat loss and hypertrophy and my lessons length can be decided by the client, personally I do 2 hour workout sessions but for the client I can do 1hr, 2hr,3hr and 4hr sessions
