About Samuel
Hi there.
My name's Sam and I'm a student currently studying biochemistry at the University of Birmingham (biosciences ranked 3rd in UK). Studying biochemistry gives me an edge over other student-tutors as degree level biology, chemistry, physics and maths are all incorporated into it.
As a student, I understand that different people absorb information differently, and there isn't one set method which works for everyone, so I'm highly adaptable and can teach in a number of different ways.
Back in school, I ran both the science and the maths support clubs, so I have experience in tutoring kids between the ages of 12 and 17.
I think what makes me stand out from other tutors is my youth and I use it to my advantage as it means I can relate to the kids far better and adjust my teaching methods according to their SPECIFIC needs.
