With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Piano Studies and over 10 years of teaching experience, I bring both academic training and heartfelt passion to my piano lessons. I believe that music is not just about notes, but about connection—mindful connection to oneself and the instrument. My approach integrates mindfulness and relaxation techniques to help students develop calm, focused practice habits. Many of my students have found these tools invaluable, especially when managing stage anxiety before performances.
I encourage a gentle, patient learning environment where progress is celebrated, no matter the pace. My style is supportive and nurturing, fostering confidence as much as technical skill. I have a special interest in adult wellness and how music can enhance mental clarity and emotional balance. For many adults, learning piano becomes a form of meditation and self-care.
