About Ericka
I like to do everything that people say it can't be done.
Aaaaand I like helping others get what they thought they couldn't have.
I have been working in advertising industry for 9 years and in that time, I have had the luck to play in different creative roles: community manager, content manager, Jr. copywriter, Sr. Copywriter and Creative Director. Each position had taught me one top priority skill: the importance of listening.
Listen to the client.
Listen to your leader.
Listen to the team.
And listen to yourself
So, I discovered that the key behind a successful idea, a good campaign, an incredible business or a great client-agency relationship is to understand/know what they want and to get there: you must learn to listen.

We will work on your believe system in this simple steps:
- You will tell me the "problem" or the -challenge- that you want to overcome.
- I will teach you how to see a problem from different points of view, giving us multiple possibilities.
- You will have a "task" to resolve.
- You will have gain a: new believe and a new habit that will have to practice.
Being authentic is a skill of gold, not everyone has it, if you conquer yourself, you can conquered everything.
The idea es to have the less amount of classes as posible, the point is that you learn how to do it yourself and don't be dependent of me or anyone.
