About Valentina

Hi, I’m Valentina, an English tutor with over 20 years of experience living in the UK. I help children and adults speak English with confidence through friendly, practical lessons focused on pronunciation, fluency, and real-life communication tailored to each student.

About the lesson

Hi, I’m Valentina
I’m a native speaker of both English and Croatian, with over 20 years of living and working experience in the UK. I teach children and adults, online and in person, focusing on building confidence, fluency, and real-life communication skills.
My lessons are practical, friendly, and tailored to each student’s goals — whether you want to improve conversational English, prepare for work, interviews, or travel, or help your child enjoy learning English through fun and structured lessons.
I believe learning works best in a relaxed and supportive environment, where students feel comfortable making mistakes and speaking freely. I adapt my teaching style to suit beginners as well as more advanced learners.
First lesson is free, so we can get to know each other and set clear goals.
Let’s build your confidence in English — step by step.

I met Valentina through Superprof. With her expertise in the English language, it was so easy to understand her as her class is only in English, and that way I have learned faster with ease. Bravo Valentina, I definitely recommend her to my college friends.
