About Paul
I love to pass my love of writing onto pupils, passing on to them my many tips and techniques which I have used in my many published children's titles. Some children really don't like writing (at least at school) but they do when they write with me, as with me, they can often write about what they want to write about, whilst improving at the same time.

For over 6 years, I have been teaching creative writing sessions online, helping pupils from ages 7-14 improve the standard of their writing. I have helped KS 2 pupils prepare for 11+ exams and SATs and KS 3 pupils improve towards the requirements of GCSEs. I advocate a paired reading approach in which I write one sentence and the pupil writes the next. As I write, I explain why I have written what I have and then suggest content for the following sentence which the student types. Together, we write fiction and non-fiction tasks, often tapping into history topics studied to explore cross-curricular opportunities. Lessons usually last 60 minutes and cost £40.
