About Reza
As a Power Electrical Engineer, I am personally very interested in applied mathematics. For example, when working with AutoCAD software and designing professional 3D objects, it is often necessary to work with and convert between different spatial coordinate systems. In many cases, you must switch between Cartesian, spherical, and cylindrical spatial coordinate systems.
In addition, when working with precision measurement instruments, it is essential to understand scalar and vector quantities, as well as dimensional and non-dimensional quantities or coefficients.
You also need a solid understanding of waveform analysis, including frequency-domain and time-domain transformations. Furthermore, it is important to understand the difference between average (DC) values and effective values (RMS) when analyzing electrical quantities and signals.

I am very interested in various mathematics courses such as algebra, calculus, trigonometry, analytic geometry, and geometry. As an electrical engineer, I am more interested in applied mathematics than purely theoretical mathematics.
I also understand that in modern mathematics education, one of the most effective teaching methods is based on numerical analysis. In real-world physics and engineering calculations, mathematics serves as a practical tool for utilizing and interpreting data points. Modern precision measurement tools rely heavily on mathematical calculations, scattered databases, and numerical analysis techniques.
In today’s engineering practices, a strong understanding of mathematics is essential. Without sufficient mathematical knowledge, it is difficult to effectively utilize engineering software and precision measurement instruments.
If I want to give an example from my own field, power electrical engineering, which is my major, after graduation you are required to work with various precision measurement instruments such as clamp amp meters, surge generators, multimeters, insulation testers, RLC meters, oscilloscopes, frequency generators, vibro-meters, and RPM meters.
To properly utilize the new generation of these instruments, a strong understanding of mathematics is essential. Without sufficient mathematical knowledge, it is technically difficult to use these tools effectively and accurately.
