About Lucy
I'm currently a second year studying Veterinary Medicine at the University of Nottingham. I have A-levels in Biology, Chemistry and Maths. Biology is my passion and easily my best subject and I'd love to be able to help others fall in love with the fascinating way life works

My teaching methodology is based on you. I can explain key concepts using a number of visual techniques including diagrams and mindmaps, or more linearly. I also have a bank of AQA past papers that I'm happy to use. A standard lesson would be to outline a topic the student feels they need help with and then wrap up at the end by making sure you understand everything and doing a practice exam question on the topic. I can also focus a lesson purely on exam questions e.g. going through a past paper and explaining where you went wrong or how the mark scheme works
