About Charles
I taught for over ten years in AP schools in the United States, and then taught for ten years in both AP and IB (International Baccalaureate) schools on both Asia and the Americas.
I have also taught Middle School - whatever grade you are in and whatever your needs are, we'll start there and make sure you can advance to success.
I also have an extensive background in coaching debate, which gives me a unique ability to help you with research, argumentation, and communication (written and oral).

I regularly tutor students who are enrolled in AP or social studies courses or I act as your teacher to prepare you completely for an AP exam.
Some of my students prefer to meet 2 or three times a week for an hour, while others prefer one longer session on the weekends. Its up to you.
Unlike other tutors who may have taken the exam and scored well, I have been a teacher of these courses for over 20 years with a track record of success.
Lessons will be interactive and adjusted to meet you needs.
I have taught students from around the world: USA, Brazil, China, Jamaica, and Mexico.
