About Natalia
I have been practicing yoga for 4+ years. I am a Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher, and also a Holistic Life Coach and Designer. I believe that yoga is for everyone. It's for people who want to feel good and nourish their life with their practice. I am passionate about sharing my love of Yoga and I teach all levels classes with an authentic, flexible and fun approach. During each class, I am prepared to customise instructions for individual skills, experience, and body type.
