About Sergio
I have been privately teaching students since 2014, and have adapted my teaching to both Australian and UK syllabuses. I have achieved all the grades in performance in Australia in Viola and have professional positions in the Melbourne and Adelaide Symphony Orchestras. I have taught over 40 students and have earned over 25 A/Distinctions in performance exams. I am currently completing my Masters degree at the Royal College of Music under the tutelage of Jonathan Barritt.

I am very flexible in my teaching methods and can teach any student of any age or range of skill. I can teach from ABRSM and Trinity Exam Syllabuses and can focus on individual student needs. I run to schedules of 30, or 60 minute lessons, with fun activities and collaborative exercises included to ensure the most enjoyable and enriching learning experience.

Sergio is excellent at explaining the challenging aspects of viola playing in an adaptable way in order to be understandable for all. He is also very easy to get along with and he is always punctual!

Groups of multiple students negotiable
Cancellation must be advised 24 hrs in advance, or fees will still be paid. For students above ABRSM Grade 5 equivalent, hourly rates increase to £45/hr.
