About Karina
"Twelve years of performance life feels like a lifetime spent refining my craft. Teaching is actually more challenging than performing because it requires total clarity.
My BMus from Trinity Laban Conservatoire informs every technical correction I suggest for left hand agility or shifting positions. I have successfully guided 470 students towards their goals in orchestral playing and grade exam prep like ABRSM or Trinity. Intonation, vibrato, posture, hold, music theory, and tone production form the core of my studio. I look forward to meeting you soon."

"Clear sound resonates through the instrument when your posture is correct. A diagnostic assessment before setting the practice plan ensures we move at your speed. My BMus training helps me identify your specific technical blockers quickly. Left hand agility is vital.
We spend time on shifting positions for better orchestral playing. Intonation and vibrato become second nature with regular practice.
I track your tone production during every minute of our time together. Grade exam prep covers all ABRSM requirements. Music theory is integrated to support your sight reading.
Posture and hold adjustments are gentle. Please let me know when you would like to start."
