About Jiaqi
I am a 22 year old LSE and Cambridge graduate in philosophy. However, I have also had a lifelong passion for the arts, having started learning violin aged 6 and piano aged 8. I achieved an ABRSM violin grade 8 distinction in 2017, as well as a Trinity piano performance diploma (ATCL) distinction in 2020. At university, I was selected to perform a concerto with orchestra twice, and was the co-leader of the Cambridge University Orchestra - one of the best non-conservatoire student orchestras in the country.
I am looking to give my experience to the next generation of music students, and to help them develop a love for making music.

Violin tutoring for beginner-intermediate levels, open to all ages. Typically 1 hour lessons, with an aim to gain a deeper understanding of music in addition to technique.
Previous experience - I have taught 5 students within the past 3 years, ranging from beginner to post-grade 8 standard.
