About Gabriela
Gabriela began learning to play the violin at the age of 7 at the Music School in a small town in Poland - Ostrów Wielkopolski.
When she was 11, she moved to Poznań (a city where the prestigious Henryk Wieniawski Violin Competition takes place every 5 years) to continue playing the violin and take advantage of the greater musical opportunities of a larger city. Gabriela studied in Poznań with the wonderful prof. Karina Gidaszewska.
In 2022, she graduated from the Poznań school with distinction.
In 2020-2022, in parallel with the Polish music high school, she participated in a two-year Preparatory Program with student status at the Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst in Vienna in the class of prof. Sang Hee Cheong, Leonid Sorokow and Elizabeth Kropfitsch.
She is currently studying at the Royal College of Music in London as an ’RCM Scholar’. Gabriela studies under the supervision of the world-famous violinist Professor Emily Sun.
From a young age she took part in many violin competitions. During her musical education to date she has been a laureate of almost 60 international and national competitions.
At the age of 16, as a soloist with the Warsaw Sinfonia Viva Orchestra, she recorded her debut album, available on streaming platforms such as Spotify and Apple Music. The album contains 14 very melodic violin hits, mainly from the Romantic era. In September this year, Gabriela recorded her second album with the same orchestra. The premiere of the album is planned for early December this year.
Gabriela has performed as a soloist in many beautiful cities throughout Poland, Austria, Italy, Germany, Serbia, Great Britain and Luxembourg.
In April 2016 she became the youngest recipient of the "Young Poland" scholarship from the Minister of Culture and National Heritage for her achievements. This scholarship allowed Gabriela to purchase a very good violin made by a 19th-century French luthier.
She was a member of the Lusławice Talent Orchestra at the European Music Centre of the outstanding Polish composer - Krzysztof Penderecki.
She has performed with many orchestras, and her concerts have been broadcast on Polish Television many times.
She also performed at the Witold Lutosławski Concert Studio of the Polish Radio, playing the first performance of the "GB" Violin Concerto, accompanied by a symphony orchestra, composed especially for her by the conductor, composer and violinist - Maestro Tomasz Radziwonowicz. The name of the piece "GB" comes from her initials.
Each performance and concert gives her a great sense of fulfillment, freedom, and great joy. The moment when, after many hours of individual work and practicing, she can finally share her entire self with the audience, give them all her feelings, emotions, joy, and emotions.

I believe that every student has unlimited possibilities, everyone can achieve success in playing an instrument through learning, but above all through passion, joy and love for music, which are essential in the process of music education.
I think that everyone has an innate musicality, and everyone discovers this musicality differently, which is why an individual approach to each student is very important to me.
I also believe in the principle that the teacher is for the student, not the student for the teacher, which is why I always try to be my whole self and fully devoted to the student. I try to be a person with whom every student will feel comfortable, with whom he will be able to open up, break down all his barriers, abandon all fears and start a beautiful adventure full of passion and joy for playing an instrument, as well as sharing his whole self through music.
I love working with people of all ages, discovering with them their abilities that they had no idea about before and simply being fully committed to them, always ready to help, support and motivate in all musical aspects. I believe that we will solve every musical problem together. Nothing is impossible! :)
Of course, we are constantly working with my students to improve their technique, but I want them to feel natural and at ease in it, hence the very individual approach to everyone.
I perform classical music on a daily basis, I love music from the Romantic era, beautiful and melodic, but I am open to all ideas from students. I am constantly excited and curious about their ideas, it also teaches me a lot. I am therefore also open to all other music genres - film music, pop music, jazz, funk, rock EVERYTHING :) I am also always willing to help and teach theoretical issues of music. :)
Everyone is different and the path to success is different for everyone. My task and great joy is to travel this path together with my students, accompany them on this journey by supporting, inspiring, passing on knowledge, motivating and finally watching them reach their desired goal.
