My name is Tom Davis. I’ve been a fully qualified Personal Trainer for 4 strong years and have qualified in numerous other health and wellness related categories. I work both independently and with the VIP private members club of Bamford in the Cotswolds. I believe whoever the individual may be I can help guide you into a simply better lifestyle.
