About Rob
Experienced in boxing from the age of 11 and at the age of 16 bodybuilding and strength training was added to my weekly training sessions. As I progressed into my mid 20s I was able to bench press 180kg for a single rep, my body weight was around 17 stone with under 10% body fat at 6' 2". This was a massive personal achievement that took me over 10 years to achieve. Over the next few years I became qualified as an amateur boxing coach and a WABBA fitness coach training various clients from all walks of life helping them to achieve great results.

The coaching I do is to push for maximum performance from my clients mentally and physically gaining results as fast as possible. Sessions are tailored to the individuals depending on the goals one is aiming to achieve. Sessions are 1 hour long and all levels are welcome. over 18s only. mobile 1 to 1 or online personal training programmes available. Free session if blocks of 10 are booked Manchester based.
