About Jheel

Being a dancer, I have always realised the importance of staying fit and healthy for leading a stress free life. This got me inclined towards keeping myself fit, as also spread awareness and pull others into getting fit !! Hence, i started working towards my new - found passion and am now a trained instructor for Pilates, Aerobics and Folk Fitness.

My class would be filled with fun, encouragement, enthusiasm and there would be nothing that discourages you from achieving your fitness goals, as you would be competing with no one but yourself !!
