Hey my name is Shaun. I had been obese my entire life and had poor eating habits. I took it upon myself to change my life. I started educating myself about fitness and dieting. I learnt about the body and how it works. And put in a great deal of effort to finally lose all that fat and lead a healthier lifestyle with healthier habits.
